ELL Supplies and Quality PE Equipment

My Project

English Language Learners are historically underfunded. Individualized instruction requires additional materials and often students come to school with little to no supplies.

We would like to put quality materials in the hands of some of our school’s most vulnerable students (ELL) while also reaching the entire student body with physical education and recess equipment.

Thank you for your consideration for this project. We hope to inspire the next generation of learners and athletes, along with those seeking a lifetime of physical activity for enjoyment and health.

Our school has physical education classes for 45 minutes only every two weeks, so the more equipment we can offer, the more opportunities students will have for 1-1 ratio of individualized instruction. We can have them maximize their Phys. Ed. Blocks by prioritizing tennis/pickle ball materials that will adapt to their young needs. These pickleballs and tennis balls are slower moving while still providing a good bounce so students can be more successful while having the safest classroom possible.
