Help me give my students the world at their fingertips by expanding the technology center in my classroom. My ELL students need a set of tablets and a laptop to help reach their literacy goals.

I serve as a 4th grade English language learner (ELL) reading and language arts teacher. My student population is 100% Hispanic. Most of my students scored at Levels 1 and 2 on the state-mandated test. English is currently a second language for most of my students.
It is my desire to better equip my students with the tools that they need to improve their literacy skills.
It is for this reason that I have decided to kick off this much-needed literacy project.
I work at a Title I school, where approximately 95% of the students receive free or reduced-price lunch. A large majority of the population are recent immigrants to the country. Financial assistance from donors would really help my girls continue doing what they love to do at all times.
My project is to expand the technology center in my classroom for my ELL students with three Insignia tablets and a HP ProBook Convertible laptop. The items will be used to utilize various educational technology programs, such as iReady, Imagine Learning, and MyOn. Research shows that it is necessary to provide students with multiple opportunities to read and engage in meaningful experiences. The use of technology does just that. One of the greatest benefits of technology in the classroom is student workplace readiness.
A technology center will assist my students in reaching their literacy goals.
The use of technology is one of the ways in which learning is fostered in my class. I know that adding more devices in my class will also enhance my students' chances of highly achieving on state-mandated assessments.
