This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are part of a Dual Immersion program in a Title I school. Not only do these students come to school every day to learn, they come and they take on the challenge of learning everything academically in TWO languages, Spanish and English!

Believing that they CAN is one of their major keys to success.

My students have worked hard to develop a positive mindset that has allowed them to reach and maintain goals that they have set for themselves. They continually strive to do their best and they always dig deep and are never afraid to try.

When my students come to school, our brain gym, they come to make their brains sweat. Learning is a challenge and they love challenges!

My Project

Though this purchase my students will be given the opportunity to take information in through our online resources via the class set of head phones. Students will also be given the chance to show what they know and what they have learned with quick responses using the class set of white boards.

I hold my students to high standards, and more importantly they love the challenge of excelling to meet those standards.

As a grade level team, we focus on using immediate feedback from students to drive our instruction. With these tools, students will be given the opportunity to show what they know and have resources to focus on their individual needs though differentiated online support systems.
