Elementary School Puzzle Club

Help me give my students the opportunity to work together as a team to complete 500 piece puzzles during our club days!

My Project

I am the school counselor at a K-5 elementary school in a rural area of NC and a member of the Specialist team (music, art, PE, school counselors, DLC). Our team creates and leads a variety of clubs for our 4th and 5th grade students biweekly. The team chooses clubs that allow our students to grow and learn beyond a regular classroom setting. I would like to offer my students the opportunity to be in a Puzzle club. The students that sign up for this club would work collaboratively at the biweekly club meetings to finish a 500 piece puzzle.

My goal for this project is to help teach our students how to build teamwork, leadership and to improve their problem solving skills!

I believe all students can be successful at school and as a school leader it is my duty to find ways for my students to achieve their personal best!
