Elementary Panthers Still Standing Strong!

My students need to rebuild their classroom therefore, we need classroom materials such as a carpet, books, listening center, games, puzzles, bins, etc.

My Students

My students are very eager to learn. They like hands-on activities and movement when learning. They come to school each day, despite their circumstances, willing to do their best. I teach at a Title One school meaning, most of the students live in poverty. My students deserve the best education possible despite what they are going through at this time. I want to do all a can to help my students to become great leaders in this world no matter what!

My Project

On October 12, 2016, our school and the whole town was flooded. We lost everything and have to start over. We are now in another building trying to rebuild our classroom environment. These items such as a carpet, books, listening center, bins, etc. will help build our classroom back to where it use to be. My goal is to meet these children's needs the best way possible. Our school was a safe haven to most of our students. I want them to feel safe and come to school ready to learn. It would mean the world to these students and me if you could help us. Some of the items I have choose will help my students to master all their phonics skills to help with increasing the reading levels through the school year. Others items are for my learning centers that we have in classroom to help the students with social skills and help to increase critical thinking. For examples, science kits, community helpers, and reading centers. I have also asked for items to help me with creating different rotation center during Language arts time and math time. Please considered helping me help my students to succeed.
