This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The 1st- 8th grade Financial Literacy by Evan Moore can make a difference in my students education by providing them a strong foundation of financial knowledge through real life experiences. Regardless of my students future career path and their background, financial literacy is universally imperative for all my students to make purposeful financial choices that they can feel good about.

My goals for this project is to equip my students with the knowledge and needed skills to navigate the complexities of personal finance and achieve financial stability.

My students are very special because despite of their social economic standing, they are always eager to expand their knowledge to become better regardless of what life challenges are thrown at them. In addition, my students set academic goals at the beginning of the school year and are always finding ways to end with 80% or better at the end of the school year. For these students excuses are non existent, and this is why I want to grant them the opportunity to understand a variety of important financial skills and concepts that can help support various life goals.
