This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am an electrical instructor at a technical school. I train high school students who are predominately minorities how to install electrical equipment, fixtures, and all the safety elements that go with it. In our classroom, I teach my students how to install different wiring and box types used in industrial, commercial, and residential construction. Our supplies are reused throughout the year and need updating. Please assist me in enhancing my students' safety and educational experience. These supplies will be used by all of my high school students grades ninth through twentieth.
