My Project

I teach English Language Arts to eighth-grade students of all abilities. It can be challenging to keep students on task and focused. I believe in a positive system of behavior management to keep everyone moving in the right direction.

The Lifesavers, Brach's mints, Smarties, and water bottle stickers will be used as rewards and incentives in my classroom.

Students who make great choices or have positive impacts on the classroom environment will be given a reward to say thank you. Using incentives to encourage young adults to do the right thing works.
