My Project

I am starting a new first grade classroom this year and the room I am moving into has very little supplies and no extra items for engaging and joyful learning activities. I have used over $500 of my own money to supply my classroom and could use some help. I taught kindergarten for 8 years but most of the items I had for it, I left there to help the new kindergarten teacher. Any help and support would be greatly appreciated! Help me give my students the tools and resources they need to thrive in a supportive and engaging environment.

Games, activities and age appropriate books will help my students learn in different ways.

I use most of the things in my list already, such as the white boards, magnets and books. They are just in really poor condition and need upgrading.

My students are at the age where they love to learn and any type of extra resource will help them love to learn. I have implemented centers into my day and need the easily movable white boards for each group in my room. Most of my list are books that are more suitable to 1st grade. My old books were for kindergarten/preschool and I have the same students I had last year so they are ready for some more reading variety. Any help is greatly appreciated!
