This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are energetic, high-potential learners. They have cognitive abilities that are superior to their general education peers. Many have superior verbal skils, others have superior mathematical skills, and others have surperior visual-spatial abilities.

No matter which area they have super-abilities in, these students often work fast and need addtional meaningful projects to work on when they have completed their daily activities.

I love teaching my students. I love having new and engaging activities to go along with our lesssons.

My Project

The purpose of this project is to engage students in effective, meaningful ways when they have free time. All of the items I requested increase critical thinking skills, especially the game of Perfection.

My students have a wide variety of interests.

Many of my students are interested in robots, so being able to build and program OWI Kiko the Robot will help meet the needs of those learners.

Most of the students in my class love hands-on building activites and the Magnet Tile Blocks, as well as the Bloxels Build Your Own Video Game will definitley provide enrichment for these learners.
