My Students

My students are driven to achieve their best. They are students with special needs in the specific learning disability category, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD, but their "special needs" are what make them some of the greatest students around. They inspire one another and often use their setbacks for achieving their goals. Furthermore, my students let nothing hold them from achieving their absolute best and working to their absolute full potential. With that said, we need several additions to our classroom to help provide them with a successful and the most comfortable learning environment to help meet their academic needs.

My students are driven through motivation and success, and with the proper materials, I have no doubt that they will put forth their best efforts for wonderful academic achievement!

My Project

My students need headphones to use when they are on their Chromebooks. They use their Chromebooks to help them listen to audio-books and take district and state testing. Having quality headphones to use in the classroom will help eliminate distractions and avoid any technology issues that we currently face now.

Providing quality headphones and a pocket chart stand in the classroom will help engage the students during instruction and allow them to focus when they are working on their Chromebooks.

The pocket chart will allow us to display our spelling words and vocabulary words. When we are learning our new words, they can be displayed at all times so we can consistently reference them.
