Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students may come from various economic and social backgrounds but they all have one thing in common: A desire to learn. They come into our classroom every single day ready to face the challenges that are presented to them.
I teach high school students in a Life Skills classroom.
Our classroom is made up of students in grades 9 through 12. All of the students have special needs. Some of them face learning challenges, physical challenges, and emotional challenges.
My Project
There are so many educational opportunities available for interactive lessons and hands-on learning. Having the new Chromebook in our classroom will help all of us access and participate in using technology. Some of us struggle and may work slower than others and having access to a Chromebook will give us the opportunity to work at our own pace.
New technology in our classroom will open doors to the world of learning.
Struggling students will have the opportunity to practice and improve skills they will need to be successful in life. The new The Chromebook will be used by many students and will help increase their opportunities to achieve success in the classroom.
