Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students deserve the best because they are dedicated, caring, and terrific kiddos. One of our social studies Common Core Standards is to learn about different holidays and events. My students really enjoyed learning about the different cultures and events that their classmates take part in.
I would love to have my kiddos participate in engaging and fun learning experiences with their classmates while staying fit and healthy.
With your support of the toy filled Easter eggs and plush bunnies, I want to create a special Easter holiday for my kiddos. It breaks my heart to see that many of my students do not know what an egg hunt is and have never been able to experience going on an egg hunt. I wish to change that.
I also want to educate my students about Chinese New Year. I am requesting red Chinese coins will be placed in the red envelopes so students can experience the feeling of receiving a red envelope.
