This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students learn best through hands on learning opportunities. These language and literacy materials will encourage my students to explore books during their free time!
My goal for for these materials is for my students to be engaged with language and literacy materials that will allow for them to learn skills they will be able to use in my class and once they transition.
Allowing my students to access to language and literacy materials not only permits for vocabulary expansion, but for social interactions.
My students are so amazing, they truly enjoy learning and deserve access to all learning materials.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
