Eco-Avengers to the Rescue!

My students need a plethora of supplies (display boards, markers, cement, notecards) for the co-curricular unit: Eco-Avengers.

My Students

Working together can change the course of learning. For the 7th grade Eco--Avenger project, not only do the students work together to find solutions to some of the most pressing environmental issues, but the teachers come together to create a co-curricular unit of learning and fun!

Our school is a community--a community of learners and people who care about each other and our world!

The Eco-Avengers project asks students to do just that--research a way to make our world better and put that plan into action! The most important part is displaying this information in a way so that people who come to the Eco-Avenger fair will support their plan!

My Project

Our students become avengers in determining solutions to some of the most pressing environmental issues our world and community faces. After all the research is done and the models are built, students come up with a plan of action to display this information, which is why these materials are needed. Instead of asking parents for more supplies, students will have these materials available to them for use and the board will be recycled and reused year after year!

As the students work together to finalize the projects to display to the school and community, they can be proud of the final project without having the added stress of paying for more school supplies.
