Eclipse Extravaganza: A Journey into the Shadows!

Help me give my students a total eclipse experience that is out of this world!

My Project

Our school will be in the path of totality for the solar eclipse of 2024. Instead of learning about this amazing astronomical event from a textbook, help me create a learning experience that my students will never forget! Viewing the solar eclipse can make a big difference because it will help us create memorable and educational experiences for our students.

With your donations, we can purchase special materials to enhance our students' understanding of celestial events.

With the solar eclipse glasses, glue gun, glue sticks, and other requested items, students will be able to view the eclipse and/or make a DIY eclipse viewing box and have fun while doing it!

When we connect what we learn to real-life experiences, it helps students understand and retain information better. Overall, learning tied to experiences helps students make connections, sparks curiosity, and makes learning more enjoyable.
