My Project
Our school is a Title I school. The majority of our color guard and band members come from low income families. The students receive lunch at 10:30 am then have no access to food until they go home after late rehearsal.
The Gatorade, water, granola bars and goldfish you donate will go into our classroom food pantry.
The students staying after school will be able to utilize the food pantry to have things to eat before they rehearse. Having food in their bellies and proper hydration allows the students to focus on rehearsal. When the students have good rehearsals they have great performances.
