This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have 30 dual language 1st graders in my classroom. They spend half the day learning in Spanish with me and then receive English instruction the rest of the day with my partner. Since students switch rooms, it can be difficult to stay organized. I am hoping to provide them an easy way to transport all their necessary supplies like headphones, folders, books, pencils etc. These book bags would be so simple for students to grab when transitioning rooms and would keep their supplies organized. Thank you so much for helping make our dual language transitions more efficient!
