This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our STEAM serves a diverse student community, many of whom are language learners, whose families come from all over the world. I run a reading intervention program because the majority of our students are reading far below grade level standards. Our students love coming to the Intervention Hub to receive targeted small group reading instruction.
Our tutors need Dry Erase Whiteboard Easels for their desks so they can provide high quality phonics lessons to their reading groups.
We appreciate the possibility of gifting these boards to our tutors to make their jobs easier and to provide easier learning for our students.
