Help me give my students a working easel so that I can deliver my mini-lessons as explicit as possible.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are part of a Dual Language program in a Title I school located in Washington Heights, New York. This school has a large ELL population and a high need for differentiation and authentic learning experiences. This is my students fifth year in the program and they are no strangers to the academic rigor this program demands. The dual language program in my school has a wide range of students with an even wider pool of language progression.
My goal is to help my students maintain their native language and strengthen their new language acquisition.
I have vivacious students in my classroom who deserve the best resources and tools to enhance their learning. My classroom could hold the next Barack Obama, Frida Kahlo, or Gabriel Garcia Marquez- but to do this I have to provide them with the most up to date resources and tools to bring out the very best in these bright souls.
My Project
My classroom needs a strong easel to help hold up chart paper. This easel will be used to deliver mini-lessons and provide explicit examples to my students so that they have enough academic support to complete the tasks given to them. It will also be used to display anchor charts for all content areas.
I find that many of my students respond well to visual supports so creating vibrant and content rich charts will encourage students to acquire the content strategies as the year progresses.
This easel will be a strong support for my students who are working hard to maintain and strengthen their language progression skills.
