This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are curious, creative, eager for more! My students are full of energy and want of knowledge even during virtual learning. Every day is a new adventure of connections, growth, and challenge. All donations will go far in my class!

My Project

These materials will make a difference in my students' learning by allowing them a hands-on experience with understanding elements of Earth Science including the life cycle of plants, composting, and what it takes to nurture nature.

My most expensive item is a classroom greenhouse.

This item will allow students to see the life cycle of plants in person while learning skills for caring for nature. Students will be able to participate in keeping plants healthy and alive.

Finally, these materials will help students understand the solar system with a magnetic display of the solar system that will be displayed all year round.
