This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

In my classroom, we believe that Earth Day is every day. We can learn about conservation and inspire others to care about our environment no matter what day it is. Because climate change is real, teaching our students about ways to mitigate it is so crucial.

To do this, my classroom needs supplies to take our learning to the next level.

With these supplies, my students will be able to make appealing and eye-catching signage that we can display around school to promote conservation.

Not only will I be able to use these supplies to enhance my lessons on Earth Day, but I will be able to continue teaching about the importance of conservation every day because Earth Day is EVERY DAY!
