My Project

Earth Day Every Day will be a unit of study for a group of lively kindergarteners! This group loves to play in the dirt, climb trees, and chase squirrels. They are very "scientific" in their outdoor findings and are anxious to share with anyone who will listen!

The items I have chosen for this Donors Choose project will give hands-on activities and experiences for my kindergarten class.

Studies have shown children 6 and under learn by "doing". These life cycle kits, the butterfly kit, and other activities will be perfect for center-time learning and promote collaboration with peers.
