My Project

Students learn through their fun, hands-on activities. So why not give them more opportunities to do so with fun and engaging Earth Day activities. The children would benefit from diverse, hands-on activities that would help them understand how and why we should take care of our natural resources within in the classroom and to deepen their understanding of science skills through enrichments.

Earth Day is an annual celebration that raises awareness of the need to protect the Earth.

The requested materials will allow students to grow their own classroom terrarium. The children will learn to nurture and take care of the plants in honor of Earth Day. These activities and plants also will provide a fun, engaging way to comprehend science concepts. These classroom terrariums will change my students' lives and create lifelong educational memories
