Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Student rewards can be an effective way to encourage positive behavior in students. Especially for economically disadvantaged students who do not have the same opportunities or access as more affluent students. When used appropriately, rewards can promote a healthy school environment and contribute to a positive learning experience. Research has shown a decrease in problems which increases academic time when students are positively rewarded for their good choices and behavior.

These incentives will provide rewards for the students who demonstrate positive behaviors throughout the entire school day.

The incentives are an assortment of fun small toys that students will love to earn.

All kinds of options for all kinds of kids. Our school will have light up jelly rings, slime, fidget toys, candy bracelets, stress balls, animal erasers, squishy food, dipping candy, gel pens, scented pencils, dinosaur sling shots, multicolored pens, squeaky ladybugs, mini animals, all kinds of fun straws, glow in the dark balls, stainless steel fidget toys, spinner fidget toys, glitter stretchy hands, and stretchy strings.

Our students will feel respected and appreciated with all kinds of rewards. Thank you for improving the lives of our students.
