This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love my students for their incredible spirit, resilience, and eagerness to learn despite facing many challenges outside the classroom. Each day, they show up ready to grow and overcome obstacles with determination. These incentive prizes—magic cubes, plushies, stress balls, invisible ink pens, fun bookmarks, erasers, and play dough—are carefully chosen to support their unique needs. For example, stress balls help with focus and self-regulation, while magic cubes promote critical thinking and problem-solving. Invisible ink pens and fun bookmarks make learning engaging and enjoyable, encouraging creativity and a love for reading.

These prizes will make a meaningful difference by motivating positive behavior and recognizing effort, which are key goals for this project.

By rewarding hard work, we foster a classroom culture where students feel valued, motivated, and inspired to keep trying their best. My students are special because they show resilience, kindness, and a hunger for learning that deserves celebration. With your support, I can provide the tools that turn everyday effort into excitement and pride, helping every child build confidence and reach their full potential.
