My Project

Through play, children engage with the people, places, and objects around them to form their understanding of the world and how they fit into it. Play helps to develop a child's knowledge and skills, and prepares them for a lifetime of learning both in school and beyond.

Play improves the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being of children and young people.

Through play, children learn about the world and themselves. They also learn skills they need for study, work and relationships such as: confidence.

Loose parts are materials that can be moved, carried, combined, redesigned, lined up, and taken apart and put back together in multiple ways. Loose parts can be used alone or combined with other materials. There is no set of specific directions for materials that are considered loose parts. The child is the direction.

My preschool scholars will benefit from the loose parts, and pillow seats to help them grow and develop! The children can use math skills as they count and sort the loose parts, They will also develop their critical thinking as they create unique ways to play and organize the materials. The pillow seats will give the children a comfortable place to learn and play.
