My Students

We are lucky to have access to a ChromeBook cart in the classroom, but we need earbuds so that when independently listening to something, we won't interrupt others' learning.

These students love learning.

They love learning in all possible ways. It is rare that we play videos in the room, there's just too much other learning happening. We do lots of research, when researching we find appropriate, educational videos on our topic. Listening to those videos is distracting to others in the room. Earbuds will solve this problem.

My Project

Students will use the earbuds with the ChromeBooks in order to do independent research, especially when videos are included in the educational research topics. It's so frustrating to want to watch and learn from a video independently when others are not researching or listening to the same thing.

It's a wonderful thing to observe students independently doing research in the classroom.

It's even more wonderful when they are actually using the internet in responsible, educationally viable ways. Being able to listen independently to the research findings will be quite helpful.
