This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Middle schoolers live on junk food at school and home. We want to encourage students to make healthier choices while they are at school. The cafe will be a place for students to be educated and enjoy each other's classroom at designated times if they choose to participate.

Help me teach my middle schoolers to make healthier choices by providing them a space to be educated on choosing healthy food and drinks.

The cafe will provide students with a relaxed setting but only have healthy options for snacks and drinks. The items provided will help with the initial setup and decor of the cafe space.
