This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Here in my Special Day Class we have a pretty prominent E-Sport scene between some of the higher functioning kids and some of the kids that come in my room during our club days. Having an Xbox in the classroom would allow General Education kids and Special Education kids to blend and compete against each other in an engaging and appropriate way that would have physical limitations that some of my students have when they try to play sports. This will help utilize and promote critical thinking skills while at the same time providing the materials for kids to work on their E-Sport Skills if they choose to pursue that after high school. Which by the way is common for individuals with disabilities.
