E-Readers To Save Trees

My students need tablets to use as e-readers for small groups to save on printing materials, time and trees!

My Students

This is my first year at a new school! The staff and the community have made me feel so welcome!

The kids and the families here are wonderful!

I love coming to work every day! My kiddos are here for 3 hours a day and man do we work while were are here!! Letters and sounds, math, reading, centers and BAM time to go!

I am adjusting to this fast paced kindergarten! I can always use a few new things to help us operate at maximum efficiency!

My Project

We will use these tablets as e-readers in small groups. I have no more than 6 kids in a small group that will use the tablets to read leveled readers together.

The tablets will save me from printing thousands of pages!

This will benefit my use of time, the schools paper budget and the ability to save trees and practice reading!

We can also use them in our QR station to learn how QR codes work and how to use them to listen to stories or follow directions. What a great skill to learn at an such an early age!
