My Students
My amazing and incredible students are curious and excited educational pioneers. Their enthusiasm for learning motivates them daily to go above and beyond with the educational tools being provided. Strengthened and encouraged by my love and support for them, my students work hard to achieve and deserve the best that can be offered to them.
The recent coronavirus pandemic has opened a new chapter in our class story of perseverance.
It has taught my students that learning can happen anywhere, at any time, and in any place. While learning through digital platforms, my students still need tangible learning tools to use while discovering learning concepts at home.
My students are dynamic individuals. I work with each of them and mold their intricate personalities into powerful, creative, and innovative young beings both in the classroom and in a distant learning environment. I inspire them to be more, see more, and do more. They are hungry for knowledge and empowered by innovation. They are my students. They are my kids.
My Project
In my classroom, innovative instructional tools are used to bring standards based instruction to life for my students. Each day, I make it my daily endeavor to create a learning environment that empowers my students to take chances, get messy, and make mistakes. I especially aim to create dynamic learning experiences during math instruction. Lessons in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) help to motivate my students to be next generation thinkers and contributors to society.
With innovative instructional tools, I strive to empower my students to do something with what they are learning and to use what they are learning to achieve their academic goals and improve our instructional atmosphere.
The math manipulatives in this project will help me to continue to open the doors of my classroom to the world for my students by providing opportunities for them to use innovative math tools to reach their academic goals even while we are learning in an e-learning environment.
