Dynamic Shelving = Dynamic Readers

Help me give my students dynamic shelving in the library so they can easily locate books.

My Project

These funds will provide 10 sets (30 total) of durable, clear storage bins. These bins will be used to create dynamic shelving in the fiction chapter book section of the library. Having these bins will allow me to place a series of books together forward facing in each bin. Not only will this make it easier for students to locate the series they are wanting to continue, the shelves will also be overall more visually pleasing as having some books forward facing and some side view will help break up the monotonous lines of books.

Libraries that have transitioned to dynamic shelving have had a great success rate in students being able to locate books they want to read independently.

Please help me help my students be able to locate books easier so they can continue reading amazing books!
