This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As an elementary music teacher, I strive to create a welcoming, safe, and joyful space for all my students to explore and express themselves through music. However, our classroom gets incredibly dusty, which isn't ideal for young lungs — especially those with allergies or sensitivities.

To maintain a cleaner and healthier environment, I'm requesting a few essential cleaning items: gentle facial tissues, an extendable Swiffer duster for hard-to-reach places, and a lightweight stick vacuum to tackle dust bunnies, dust in the crevices of our xylophones, and everything in between.

With your help, we can keep our music room clean, fresh, and ready for singing, dancing, and joyful learning every day. Thank you for supporting our little music-makers!
