My Project

As school budgets get tighter, we are always looking for ways to be more cost effective. Materials need to be utilized by multiple students, whether they are instructional materials or materials that are used for communication purposes. Smaller schools impacted by poverty and limited budgets need to be resourceful when looking at providing resources to our students.

To compete in today's ever changing world, we need to use high quality materials to adequately prepare our students.

This laminator will be used for a variety of learning activities from life skills to communication tools, every day instructional resources, leveled readers, and more.

Our students in Newell are simply the sweetest. Even though many of them come to us from foster care or extremely low income families, they still have the desire to learn, grow, and do their best. We want to be able to continue instill a love of learning in them by being able to re-use materials to help them reach their fullest potential.

With the addition of a high quality laminator, we will be able to produce materials and ensure their durability to be used by multiple students. This will help to reduce costs for the school as well as helping to meet the needs of all of our students.
