This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In our classroom, we have very small tabletop drying racks so I end up putting lots of paintings on the floor to dry overnight. We would love this bigger drying rack to help with drying our artwork.
We will be starting our painting unit in the new few months and this drying rack would be very beneficial.
Our students are special because many come from low economic status and I teach in inner city neighborhood. Art is a way for my students to express themselves and experience creativity that they have never done before.
Please help me give my students a drying rack for the art classroom because they need it for their paintings!
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
