Dry Erase Learning

My Students

I am a first year teacher and I am very excited to meet my 1st graders. I will be teaching in a Dual Immersion school, where all of my students will be learning Spanish. I have a very diverse group of students, with many different needs, abilities, and learning styles. I hope to have the proper resources to ensure my students are as successful and they can possibly be. I look forward to being the best teacher for all of my students!

My Project

My students having the access to personal, dry erase lapboards will truly make a difference in the efficiency of our daily phonics, spelling, and writing routines. Having a space where students can quickly write and erase the words we are practicing will be really important in my classroom. I can ensure my students are getting the opportunity to practice, and show me what they know in a quick and efficient way. Getting a brand new set of lined dry erase lapboards will make my first year of teaching my new set of 1st grade students so much better. Thank you!
