My Students

My students are from a close knit community in Eastern Massachusetts where education is highly valued. Students are encouraged to do their very best every day at school. My students are fabulous kids who love to express themselves through music. In the music room, they sing, play instruments, read and write music, dance, act, and explore tons of different genres of music.

At our school, we have a motto: hand in hand, together we can.

We try to live up to this every day, working together to give our kids the best education possible!

My Project

My younger students will use the drums and tambourines to discover the different types of sounds that can exist in the world. They will learn how different materials create different timbres, or types of sounds. My older students will use the drums and tambourines to add accompaniment to the songs they are working on, and to create their own musical compositions in class.

Donating to this project will help hundreds of students for years to come!
