My Project
The students at my school love to learn new things, especially when it has to do with instruments. I provide small drumming items such as: triangles, tambourines, and shakers. I would love to add these drums to our unit when we learn new rhythms and about different cultures.
With the addition of these drums, students will experience new cultures, new music, and improvisation.
The drums will provide a new way for students to express themselves and create music with each other. I will be utilizing them in drum circles, teaching new rhythms, and demonstrating how drums are utilized throughout the world and history.
