Drowning Out the Noise! Headphones to Help Us Focus

Help me give my students headphones that will help the work independently on our daily computer assignments.

My Students

I teach in a small school located next to an Air Force base in North Louisiana. My students are sweet firsties walking into a world of unknown as we embrace a school year impacted by covid-19.

Kind, curious, and creative; my students are ready to conquer their behavior and academic goals!

Though things will change daily during the year, we will have each other!

My Project

This year has brought a world of change for students. The biggest being that computers are used during most of our lessons!

My students have mastered the art of logging on and completing assignments, but their biggest struggle is being able to hear their online lessons.

Students spend half of their lessons asking each other to turn down the volume or missing important information because the volume is too low! Headphones will enable my students to independently master lessons without having to ask me what they are doing because they can’t hear the instructions! These particular headphones will also let my students participate by allowing them to use the microphone to record themselves!
