My Project

In English, we spend time reading each day! My students love picking out a book to read. That is what is so special about reading, you can choose what your read about! Interested in dogs? There's a book for it! Interested in superheroes? There's a book for it! Interested in weather? There's a book for it!

There is power in being able to choose what you spend your time reading about!

Having the autonomy to choose a book that interests you, makes it much more enjoyable! Being able to instill a love for reading is one of my biggest goals as an English teacher! Having a classroom library that is full of age appropriate chapter and picture books is so important to help achieve this goal!

Mrs. Glass will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by September 1.
