Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

This will allow our STEAM Club to collaborate with students in other activities. Through this collaboration, students from our STEAM Club will impact the school in many different facets. Students who are allowed to operate the drone must get certified, in order to fly during event, and the goal is to give students who are moving to high school an outlet to show how their STEAM Education can develop using these new technologies.

Students will also learn about the sports they are filming, and get feedback from coaches on what successful recordings look like.

I would also like the students to use these to create highlight videos for our athletes. This would show them how they can be involved in sports in many ways, not just playing in that sport.
