This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We need more innovators in order for this to happen students no matter if they are at Title 1 school or not need equal opportunities. Due to Covid-19 students don't have access to STEM lab supplies. Despite the low economics and high crime in the neighborhoods, my students give 100% each day. I need materials to help organize our STEM and LEGO supplies to be sent home from the STEM Lab for virtual learning.

I believe everyone can create & innovate and that students can make a difference. Help my student innovators mindset be empowered & unleash their talent by helping me lead a culture of creativity in my school. With hands-on learning utilizing tools & materials that turn ideas into adventures through the world of STEAM. With these supplies, I will help my students have a brighter future in gaining more technology skills and getting LEGOS back in the hands of my students.
My Project
I need storage containers so that I can put STEM materials like LEGOS and allow parents to come and pick them up as drive-thru at the school so students can check out STEM Labs and LEGOS to use at home or in person. This will help maintain materials from getting lost. This will also allow me to separate materials and be able to clean items before allowing other students to check out the materials. With the storage containers, I can label them with students' names on them and refill them with supplies reducing the risk of germs being spread.
