This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are special needs and what they benefit the most from is learning the necessary life skills that will prepare them for adulthood. Students with special needs are still granted the opportunities to fulfill their hopes and goals regardless of their conditions, and they can achieve these goals! With these costumes I hope to offer them the play time they need to use their imaginations and then manifest career goals. With these costumes they can feel what it would be like to join the workforce and contribute to their hopes and dreams in a healthy and beneficial way.
