My Project

Weighted blankets offer incredible benefits in reducing anxiety and promoting calmness. They are particularly helpful for our young learners with sensory processing challenges, providing gentle, soothing pressure that mimics a comforting hug.

This calming effect allows our students to relax their minds and bodies, making it easier for them to transition into a restful naptime and return to learning feeling refreshed and focused.

My students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) will greatly benefit from this project, as it will help create a peaceful and nurturing environment where they can thrive both emotionally and academically each day.

To maintain cleanliness and freshness, washing the blankets weekly with Tide Pods will keep them consistently clean and inviting.
