My Students

My students are eager to pursue hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find real-world solutions! When students are exposed to meaningful science activities to deepen their understanding, great gains in problem-solving are observed.

Our students have generous hearts that will change the world if they are given opportunities to share their passions and learning with others. They will inspire you, as they inspire me each day.

My Project

Students can gain invaluable the skills with CAD and 3D-printing. The engineering design process and productive creative innovation of 3D printing are unparalleled. We hope to help expand the 3D-printing lesson plan availability for elementary age students.

The ability to utilize a 3D printer will provide these third graders authentic real-world problem solving to support student learning beyond traditional instructional methods and settings.

We hope our classroom environment creates a critical-thinking culture in which student directed exploration while engaging scholars in student directed exploration as they develop critical 21st Century skills through engineering and entrepreneurial experience. As students work through the engineering design process to solve problems and create prototypes, they will analyze cause and effect. Through this process they will find patterns to support evidence of learning and become more proficient in core academic subjects as they develop an understanding of engineering, entrepreneurship and financial literacy.
