My students bring such joy to my life and I am thankful to be their teacher. We seriously have some of the best students in our small town, elementary school. I know that every school and every teacher says that, but I know just how amazing our students are.
My students are always ready to try something new and because of that, I want to be a better teacher every day.
I want to grow with them!
We are over sixty percent free or reduced price lunch, but together our community, parents, and staff work to get us everything we need.
I am so grateful to have wonderful people like you also partnering with us to help get our students everything they so deserve.
My Project
I have a list. It's a list of items that we have been doing without. Slowly I purchase them on my own or with my classroom budget after careful planning. This year I've decided to dream big. These items are so important to our classroom.
They would make a BIG difference.
They would change our classroom and add so much.
The Marble Machine and Osmos Pizza would be used during our MakerSpace time. The lamination and laminator would be used for our AMAZING student work wall as well as our door. The bean bag filler would make our bean bag chairs so much better to sit on. Our low tables are some of our favorite seats. The balloons would be used to celebrate our birthdays! I want to do birthdays big this year. The iPad case would be used for our Osmos during math, science, and MakerSpace. Sand timers are great for stations and can also help my students manage their time during individual work time. During center time my students use the Smart Board, the standing mat would be a great visual for them.
There is a time and a place for every item in our classroom. This is the time and our classroom is the place! These items would be just amazing to have right away to start the year. Will you DREAM big with us?
