My Project
As a special education teacher, I have a lot of challenges to deal with. Students come with so many strengths and weaknesses. Keeping documents organized and tracking student progress is time and space-consuming. This device will address these challenges in a variety of ways.
My students have a wide variety of challenges that they deal with, but quite often, a simple accommodation could make the difference between success and failure.
This device will allow students to magnify text or worksheets and has many other accessibility features built into the Kindle platform.
I track student progress by using a variety of methods, including sharing files on google docs, paper in a file cabinet, trying to scan papers, and manually managing files. This device will allow me to keep track of many of these tasks cleanly and efficiently without wasting too much space or time.
