Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

These are unprecedented times. Nearly all my students come from low-income households. Most of my students don't have the ability to learn online.

I have been providing them with worksheet packets and teacher-made games for their home learning.

They love and miss school so much, they are missing their friends and learning.

My Project

Please help me give my students learning and art materials for home while we are distance learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

My students will be able to reuse the dry erase boards over and over again as we did in school.

The dry erase writing boards and colorful dry-erase markers will encourage them to write and draw. They can practice their writing and are able to draw; then erase and try again.

The watercolor paint sets and paper will give them tools to create at home so they can make and paint pictures to brighten their day and others around them.
