Draw in the Air With 3D Pens

Help me give my students 3D printing pens as they learn how to take there drawing from 2 dimensional to 3 dimensional.

My Project

In this project we will be working with 3D pens to teach student to create in three dimension. Art can be a very 2 dimensional subject especially when painting and drawing. I want to give my students a unique way to experience art. These pens will stretch their spacial understanding and improve their art creating.

At the beginning of this project students will practice safe use of art materials and creating with forms.

Then they will be asked to create a 3D humming bird using spheres, cones and Freeform shapes.

After that they will pick their own project, anything from a crocodile to a cupcake to create. I have seen my student bring their original ideas to life in painting and drawing and I know they will be up to the challenge in three dimension.
